If you are spending more time at the gym working on your body than maybe the term fitness buff can be applied to you. Granted it isn’t a bad thing. It just means you are a very determined person who doesn’t mind pushing yourself to get the fitness goals you’ve set out for yourself. Whether you are in the gym for an hour or three hours you know what you need to work on and accomplish.
Most of us however are not movie stars training our bodies for upcoming action hero roles. Most of us don’t have personal trainers to keep us in line in regards to sticking with a workout regime. And most of us may not be a fitness buff. Yet if you are working to get in summer shape than you can do quite nicely with some tried and true exercises. Just watch fellow workout mates or ask some advise the next time your at the gym. Most likely you will find receptive answers to your questions.
If getting firmer abs your target goal than seek out exercises that will make that happen. If you want more definition in your arms there are exercises for that as well.
Watch how others train especially the ones that work the total body. Most likely they are the ones you will learn the most from.
