Billy the Kid Boxed Pistol Set – A Great Piece to Have
admin
No avid fan of the Wild West in his or her right mind would even consider passing up the Billy the Kid Boxed Pistol Set as one of the additions to their novel collection of old western guns. The pistols are actually designed after Billy the Kid, an infamous gunman and American outlaw during his time. He was also known by the names of William Bonney, Henry Atrium, and of course, his real name Henry McCarty.
During the Lincoln County War, a period of armed conflict among ranch owners and general store owners in Lincol, New Mexico, Billy the Kid was known for fighting in that war where he showed his shooting skills as he sided with the ranchers in the conflict.
The entire set is placed inside a handmade walnut box. Inside are three things, namely: a M1873 fast draw pistol with gold engravings, a marshall badge with a brass finish, and a Billy the Kid wanted poster. The set makes up everything that should be in the collection of a real fan of Western guns.
